The former ‘One Show’ presenter will join Holly on the daytime show while her regular co-host Phillip Schofield films the latest series of quiz show ‘Mr And Mrs’.
"Luckily Holly knows what she's doing so I'm in good hands," Christine told The Sun. "But I'm nervous - I'm nervous about everything.”
Christine, who is engaged to footballer Frank Lampard, is particularly nervous about the show’s weird and wonderful guests.
"I'm telling myself it'll be like The One Show, just with women who marry dogs,” she added. “I love This Morning and Holly, so all the parts come together beautifully.”
Christine has often stepped in when Holly has taken time off from the show, however this is the first time in almost 15 years that two women have fronted ‘This Morning’.
The show's producers seem pretty pleased that the two ladies are finally joining forces.
A recently released promo video saw the pair suffering every person's worst nightmare and turning up to work in the same outfit - though luckily, it was just a skit to promote this week's episodes.
Watch 'This Morning' on 17 March to see the pair co-host the show.
