Kate Bush has announced she will play a string of ‘Before The Dawn’ concerts in London later this year - her first ever live gigs since 1979.
The 15 dates - all at London’s Eventim Apollo (formerly the Hammersmith Apollo) - will take place in August and September.

“I am delighted to announce that we will be performing some live shows this coming August and September,” reads a statement on her official website. “I hope you will be able to join us and I look forward to seeing you there.”
Despite her phenomenal commercial success, Kate has been reclusive throughout her career and has only ever embarked on one tour, a 28-date jaunt around Europe in ‘79.
In 2011, Kate released an album entitled ‘50 Words For Snow’ which peaked at number 5 in the UK Album Chart.
Tickets for her ‘Before The Dawn’ dates go on sale at 9.30am on Friday 28 March.
