Andrew Ballard and his father were fishing at Platte Bay, Lake Michigan, when they noticed some clouds in the distance. As the Ballards watched, the clouds came closer, and lower to the water. Despite their misgivings, curiosity got the better of them, and they hung around to see what would happen. As the fog rolled in, the winds picked up and the temperature dropped significantly, but not before Andrew got this great footage of the phenomenon.
