Assassin's Creed 5: New Trailer Makes Revolutionary France Look Stunning

The New Assassin's Creed Looks Stunning, And Very French

Assassin's Creed 5 (more officially known as Assassin's Creed: Unity) has a new gameplay trailer that fully shows off what an Assassin's Creed game for PS4 and Xbox One will look like.

Built solely for PS4 and Xbox One, Assassin's Creed: Unity is set in Revolutionary France and lets you join with up to three other players to play in the main story campaign.

There had been talk of Ubisoft including vehicles in much the same way that Assassin's Creed: Black Flag IV featured your own personal ship however that appears to have been shunned in favour of 'The Division' style co-op feature.

It's not clear whether you'll be able to play the entire campaign with other people or whether it's only available in certain parts of the game but from looking at the trailer it seems to be as smooth-running as any single-player campaign.

Ubisoft is also reportedly working on Assassin's Creed: Comet, a game specifically built for Xbox 360 and Sony PS3 in order to help the transition from the current generation of consoles to the new.

Elsewhere Ubisoft unveiled a whole host of new titles at E3 2014 including Far Cry 4, The Division, Rainbow Six Siege and more updates on its open-world racing game, The Crew.
