Are you snack-happy? While there's nothing wrong with eating between meals, it's important to think about what you're munching on when you hear a rumble in your stomach two hours after breakfast.
The vending machine at work might offer an endless supply of delicious, sugary pick-me-ups, but there are plenty of other nutritious options to choose from - and they won't leave you feeling guilty about over-indulging before lunch or dinner.
So, what should we be swapping our 3pm bar of Dairy Milk for? We asked top London nutritionist Gabriela Peacock for five healthy snack recommendations that won't leave you grazing for more.
"Smart snacking is all about ensuring there is some protein in there too," Peacock told us.
One of her top treats? Energy balls. "They're made up of a mixture of nuts, seeds and a selection of dried fruit. They're sumptuously sweet whilst being energy dense and nutritious."
Best of all, these snacks will also keep you feeling full for longer. A small bowl of natural yoghurt and fresh fruit will lead to a slower release of sugar into the bloodstream, thanks to this combination of protein and carbohydrates.
