‘Coronation Street’ star Michael Le Vell won’t be appearing on the upcoming series of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’, because TV bosses don’t think he’ll be entertaining enough.
The ‘Corrie’ star has had a dramatic twelve months and took leave from filming in 2013 while he faced sex offence charges at Manchester Crown Court.

Michael was cleared of all the charges, however, his troubles weren’t over and he suffered from alcohol and cocaine issues, which were linked to the stress of the trial.
Despite all this, bosses don’t think Michael will be interesting on the show.
A source tells The Sun there’s “no chance” of Michael being asked to jet off to Australia.
“Bosses don’t think he will be entertaining,” the source explains. “They’d rather book someone with charisma and personality.”
Michael was apparently hoping a stint on the show would help him turn things around.
A source close to the actor tells the paper: “The trial and his divorce cost him a fortune, and the fee would have been useful, but he also saw it as a chance to start again.”
Michael made a brief return to ‘Corrie’ earlier this year, but left after just six weeks on set to face his personal issues and seek help at a rehab facility.
