Backstage at London Fashion Week's Autumn/Winter 2014 shows, there was one makeup product that popped up everywhere. It was Mac's Forecast palette - there's one for the lips, one for eyes - and although spring is only just beginning, the brand is about to launch the two limited edition A/W 14 products.
Yes, it is a little early to be talking about autumn beauty but it's best to forget about the A/W reference - what makes these two palettes so brilliant is that they're timeless. They can be used at any time of day, during any season.
The lip palette, used backstage at Monique Lhuillier, Diane Von Furstenberg and Elie Saab to name a few, features a peachy pink, lavender and bright coral shade - the perfect trio of colours to wear through spring and summer.
The eye palette was a favourite at House of Holland and is a little more autumnal with it's mix of khakis and burgundy. However, the two blue shades are totally on trend for the current season.
And that jade green? It would look amazing with a tan. Just another good reason to invest in one of these multi-coloured compacts. You'll love them all year round, we promise.
