Looking like she didn't have a care in the world and not an inch like the pop star she is, Lily Allen took a break from motherhood to come face-to-flower with her namesake at the Chelsea Flower Show this week.
Looking relaxed and content, the make-up free 28-year-old, left her daughters at home to mingle with the other horticultural lovers.
And she revealed that she has some new songs up her sleeve – inspired by being mum to Ethel, 18 months, and Marnie, four months, by husband Sam Cooper.
She said: "I wouldn't say it has been easy writing songs again but it hasn't been hard. It has just been different because my pool of inspiration is just so different to what it was eight, nine, 10 years ago... It's all about nappies, you're going to love it."
Asked what fans can expect she said: "Just some good songs with catchy choruses and key changes here and there."
While the Smile star loves being at home with her daughters, she knows she wouldn't feel fulfilled if she gave up her career for good.
She added: "I think five years ago what I really wanted to do was have kids and I have had two kids now and as much as I love that I'm never going to be the type of person that sits at home all day playing with plastic toys and watching Peppa Pig."
