It's been a tough year for Nigella Lawson after throat-gate and a subsequent high-profile divorce and court battle with her ex Charles Saatchi.
But the chef is back fighting and looking better than ever on the April cover ofVogue magazine.
The stunning brunette looks amazing in a green lace dress by Burberry Prorsum, rocking soft pink makeup and a tousled updo. At 54, she's looking pretty fab.
But, she says in the interview inside, although she was known for her flirty-sultry TV style, she was once petrified of having her picture taken.
"I was terrified of being photographed without make-up and I hate having my looks talked up," she says. "It always makes me feel I'm going to be a disappointment in the flesh."
Lawson, who started contributing to Vogue with a cookery column back in 1995, also said she is "flexing her brain in a professional way" outside of cooking by working on an app that, she says, if it works "could be deeply thrilling".
