China and Russia are the best places to be a working woman if you've got your eye on the top spot at your company. Yep, we're pretty surprised too.
In the former country, 63 of senior management roles are held by women in the latter which is the highest in the world, according to this year's Women In Business report.
Meanwhile, in Germany 67 of senior management roles in the UK are held by female employees - making Britain one of the 10 worst places to work in the world if you're a woman with ambitions to get a promoted post.
