Amazon Just Unveiled Loads Of New Tablets

Amazon Has A Brand-New Kindle

Amazon has taken the wraps off four brand-new Kindle products including two new Fire tablets and two new Kindles including the new Kindle Voyage and the Kindle Touch.

The Kindle Voyage is the product that'll be stealing most of the limelight as it's Amazon's thinnest and lightest Kindle yet, featuring a 300dpi Paperwhite display that features a new glass screen that has been manufactured to feel like real paper.

On the sides there are pressure sensors which allow you to turn page without moving your hands at all. The sensors can detect pressure determining how many pages you turn.

A light-sensor on the front now means that the Kindle's Paperwhite backlit display will adjust depending on light conditions while the glass display has been designed to actually reduce glare from direct sunlight.

Being Amazon's most advanced Kindle yet means it comes with an equally advanced price tag of £169, but the good news is that Amazon has reduced the cost of its Kindle Paperwhite to £109.

Along with the new Voyage Amazon has unveiled a refresh of its cheap-but-powerful Fire HD tablets including the new HD 6 and HD 7.

The HD 6 will start at £79 while the larger HD 7 will set you back £119 however that's still £80 cheaper than Amazon's flagship HDX range of tablets which start at £199.

The new range will be available to buy from early November however you can pre-order all of them now.
