A confused toddler can't get his head around the fact that even his dad once wore nappies in this cute and hilarious viral video.
Banneker's mum Susan decided to film some of his early conversations (after all, kids say the funniest things, and it's all comedy gold for their teenage years).
The subject of their latest talk was potty training, a process which Banneker is finally getting the hang of. The chatty toddler was apparently keen to wear his older brother Emerson's cartoon underwear, which led mum to reveal that Emerson, now eight, once wore nappies just like him.
Banneker seemed so startled by the revelation that he wasn't the only person in the world who had to go through potty training that Susan couldn't resist imparting an even more mind-blowing fact.
"Banneker, everybody wore diapers. Did you know Daddy wore diapers?"
"My dad? Kevin Hall?" he asks, in disbelief, his face clearly saying 'are we talking about the same guy here?'.
When his mum confirms that, yes, they are talking about the same Kevin Hall, Banneker struggles to process this bizarre news. "What? No!"
"Stop!" he cries, holding out his hand, as though he needs a minute to take all this in.
Susan, of Colorado, uploaded the adorable video to Facebook, where a family friend who works for NBC's Today show spotted the clip and posted it on the show's website, helping it to go viral.
