By 1962 man had already shown that the flying car was impractically possibly, but what about the push bike? Nobody had yet attempted to turn the humble bicycle into a flying machine.
That is of course until some students from Southampton University decided to take matters into their own hands and come up with their very own.

Now the first thing to notice here is that from the outset, this does not look like a practical machine. In fact we'd go so far as to say that combined this would not get you where you need to go quickly.
