This incredible footage shows a young girl at Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha, Nebraska, beating her chest while observing the primates.

Unfortunately Kigito the Silverback doesn't seem particularly impressed and suddenly charges the glass, cracking it as the shocked family look on.
Officials at the zoo have insisted the family were not in danger at any point.
