‘EastEnders’ fans got a surprise treat on Tuesday night, when Kathy Beale made another appearance in the soap.
Gillian Taylforth’s character hasn’t been seen near Walford since her shock live week arrival, however, she’s now reappeared again.

Viewers saw Kathy meet with Phil Mitchell, who handed her a wad of cash.
Following Kathy’s live week surprise, ‘EastEnders’ boss Dominic Treadwell-Collins confirmed that the much-loved character - who was believed to be dead - would later be making a full return.
“It’s a big, big story with a lot of twists and turns, as you’ve come to expect from us,” he stated. “There’s Gavin, Kathy and there’s a lot of Phil involved.
"It’s going to draw in lots of different families from around the Square and it’s not going to be easy for her to come back."
Kathy’s big comeback sent Twitter into a spin back in February, and actress Gillian later revealed that even her family had no idea she was heading back to Albert Square.
At present, Phil is the only person who knows that Kathy isn’t dead, and we can’t wait to see how Sharon Mitchell and Ian Beale react to the news.
