As host of ‘Surprise Surprise’, Holly Willoughby is usually the one delivering emotional moments to unsuspecting members of the public, but on Sunday’s show (21 June), it's her who's in for a shock.
The presenter bursts into tears on a Father’s Day special of the ITV show when her own dad surprises her at work.
Holly has no idea that the treat is in store, and as she turns to the audience to announce the final surprise, she says: "There is still one more Father's Day surprise.

“Now there is somebody here who would love to see their dad tonight, and to find out who that person is take a look at this, look closely at this picture.”
Holly is then shocked to see that the picture is actually of her dad holding her as a small child.
"Why are you doing this to me? That’s me - and that's my dad!" she says.
The teary host then runs up to meet her dad, saying: “This is supposed to be surprises for other people, not for me.”

The first episode of the latest series also sees Lionel Richie giving an inspirational mother the surprise of a lifetime, while two rugby fans who devote their time to raising money for local children’s charities get to meet rugby hero Ben Cohen and the England Rugby team.
'Surprise Surprise' airs on Sunday at 8pm on ITV.
