Simon Cowell really is quite the doting dad, and the ‘X Factor’ judge has shown his softer side again, posing for an adorable picture, with his girlfriend Lauren Silverman and their son Eric.
The family-of-three are currently enjoying a summer break in Spain, and they look happier than ever in the sunshine snap.

Simon’s currently enjoying some time out ahead of the next rounds of the ‘X Factor’, and he’ll reunite with his fellow judges in September for the Six Chair Challenge (yes it’s back, no, we have no idea why).
Si’s not the only judge who has made the most of their time off with a holiday, as Rita Ora was also spotted kicking back on a luxury yacht in Ibiza earlier this month.
Syco boss Simon is hoping for a successful ‘X Factor’ series this year, following a not-so-great 2014.
Speaking candidly in early August, Simon admitted something wasn’t quite right with the last series of the reality TV series, stating: “I don’t know what it was about last year. It just didn’t feel right to me from the minute I started recording it.
“I never felt it was going to be that fun.”
