Singer Ellie Goulding will open the Apple Music Festival in London, it has been announced.
The Anything Could Happen star, 28, will headline at Camden’s Roundhouse on the 10-day event's opening night on September 19.
Folk group Mumford And Sons and US country singer Carrie Underwood are the latest additions to the star-studded line-up, which already includes One Direction, Take That, Pharrell Williams and Florence + The Machine.
Mumford And Sons - led by frontman Marcus Mumford - said in a joint statement: "In 2012, we celebrated the release of Babel at The Roundhouse, which was awesome. We’re looking forward to coming back for this year's Apple Music Festival.
"The first time we played there was in 2009 opening for The Temper Trap and Stephen Fry, and then we were lucky enough to return a year later to collaborate with Laura Marling and Dharohar Project who had travelled in from India for their first trip outside the country.
"It was one of the most memorable and surreal shows we've ever played.
"Nobody knew what was going to happen next, least of all us," they added.
Florence Welch and her bandmates, with support from Brit-winner James Bay, will close the live music festival on September 28.
Other acts performing at the Apple Music Festival are Disclosure, Little Mix, The Chemical Brothers and newcomer Jack Garratt.
"I can't believe I'm coming to play at the Roundhouse for Apple Music Festival," Garratt said.
"I started gigging in London literally around the corner in Camden, so this is gonna be a very special night."
