Kate Winslet Reenacts THAT 'Titanic' Boat Scene For 'Running Wild With Bear Grylls'

Kate Winslet Finally Does What Everyone Else Does On A Boat, Reenacts THAT Scene

We've all done it, and now even the star of 'Titanic' Kate Winslet has joined in, reenacting THAT boat scene to cheer herself up in the Welsh wilderness.

The Oscar-winning actress took on the stance she herself made famous, while taking part in a new series of 'Running Wild with Bear Grylls'. The plucky Brit visited Snowdonia for her challenge, which airs this week on Discovery Channel.

Even Kate Winslet can't resist...

It involved the pair of them taking on a 48-hour extreme survival adventure expedition, in the stunning but often forbidding mountains, and Kate was moved to announce she was "flying" while abseiling down the side of a mountain, to a waiting Bear.

Kate Winslet's no stranger to roughing it. She famously spent months in cold water, filming 'Titanic' for driven director James Cameron back, something she swore she'd never do again, even AFTER it scored her an Oscar nomination. She later won her gong for the equally arduous 'The Reader'.

Other 'guests' joining Bear this series include Kate Hudson, Michelle Rodriguez, Michael B Jordan and Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

They'll be crossing the world from the jungles of Panama and the far reaches of the Italian Alps to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and red rocks of Utah.

Running Wild with Bear Grylls airs on Discovery UK weekly from Wednesday 9th September at 9pm

And just to remind ourselves what all the fuss was about...
