Mama Lou Rips Apart Phone Books, Entire Decks Of Cards And One Man's Dignity

Ladies and gentlemen, meet American strongwoman Mama Lou - the Guinness World Record holder for most phonebooks torn up in one minute, most frying pans disfigured and most apples crushed with a bicep.

She popped into the HuffPost UK offices this week to give us a little demo, so we thought we'd field one of our own to see just how strong she really is.

Turns out, really strong. She managed to tear apart five decks of cards in virtually no time and an entire Yellow Pages in just seconds.
