This Big Issue seller has a pretty talented way of getting people's attention, executing dance moves to slickly place the magazine in front of passers-by.
Declan Taylor took this footage on Thursday afternoon of the man in Conduit Street. The sports journalist for the Hayters news agency was attending a press conference nearby and noticed him through the window.
He shared the footage on Instagram, asking: "Is this the greatest Big Issue seller in history?"

The post prompted others to say they recognised him and regularly saw him on the Mayfair street, with one saying: "Bravo that man."
In the course of the clip, none of the people who witness the seller's moves buy the magazine.
