A 16-year-old youth has been charged with the murder of a teenager who was stabbed to death in west London.
He is to appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Monday, Scotland Yard said.
The 17-year-old was stabbed in the heart in Acton on Friday. The teenager was rushed to a central London hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Scotland Yard said that a 17-year-old male, who was arrested on suspicion of murder, has been released to return to a west London police station on a date in early November.
