The unidentified gent left cards with "free dating advice" on them in the flower section of his local supermarket.

The tips have been viewed on Imgur more than 200,000 times in four days.

And with hilarious points like "show up to the date with a small gift, like a bouquet of flowers or a six-pack of chicken nuggets", we can totally see why.
