World Anti-Doping Agency Doping Report Reveals Russian Athletes Who 'Sabotaged' London Olympics

It has been revealed that London's 2012 Olympics allowed Russian athletes to compete when they should have been suspended for doping violations.

An independent World Anti-Doping Agency report into the drug taking has found that a lifetime ban was recommended for five athletes, four coaches and another administrator. Seemingly the most high-profile name is Mariya Savinova, who won gold at London 2012 in the 800-meters event.

Mariya Savinova and Ekaterina Poistogova (800m), long-distance runners Kristina Ugarova and Tatyana Myazina, and current indoor champion Anastasiya Bazdyreva are specifically recommended for ultimate sanction.
