Sean Ward ended his relationship with Georgia May Foote over rows about her ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ partner Giovanni Pernice, a new report has claimed.

It was revealed yesterday (3 January) that Georgia and Giovanni had shared a New Year’s trip to Disneyland Paris together where they were seen holding hands and kissing, sparking rumours of a romance.

Now The Mirror states that the former ‘Coronation Street’ actress began her relationship with the Italian dancer after Sean “pushed her away” and called time on their romance.
A source told the paper: “Georgia was very fond of Sean and she cared for him deeply, but he found it difficult to get over the close friendship she had with Giovanni.
“It was Sean who pushed Georgia away, he didn’t feel secure in their relationship and it led to huge rows.
“Georgia would regularly be in floods of tears backstage. Giovanni was trying to be a good friend,” they added.

Sean previously denied he was jealous of Georgia and Giovanni on ‘Strictly’, after a report claimed that he was unhappy the pro dancer had kissed his girlfriend during one of their routines.
Appearing on ‘Lorraine’, he said: "That curse of ‘Strictly’ rubbish happens with sports personalities ... as actors we're used to it."
Giovanni later claimed he was trusted by Sean, and had a "great relationship" with him.
“We are not together, I have a great relationship with the boyfriend,” he told The Mirror.
“I’ve heard about the 'Strictly' curse and I’ve been warned about it. I think it just happens when people spend a lot of time together, but there isn’t with me.”
