Dog owner Norma Miedema shared this video of two loving canine pals who, despite some unfortunate disabilities, like to live life to the fullest.

Susie is a blind and deaf dog, but she likes to feel the wind on her face. Luckily, she's got a friend who likes to give her rides on the back of a doggy wheelchair.
