Princess Charlotte Tickled Pink By Marvin The Royal Pet

Marvin has a trick to make Princess Charlotte smile.

The Duchess of Cambridge has revealed Princess Charlotte has taken a shine to one of the family's pets.

The Duchess told a schoolgirl about her one-year-old daughter's love of their pet hamster Marvin while officially opening the new Magic Garden at Hampton Court Palace on Wednesday 4 May.

Darcey, nine, from St John the Baptist School in Hampton Wick said: "She said she has a hamster, and Charlotte really likes it because the whiskers always tickle her face."
