A teenage football fan has appeared in court after being stopped on returning to the UK.
Prosecutors are seeking a football banning order against 19-year-old Aaron Frayling after he was recognised by a police "spotter" at Bristol Airport.
Frayling, from Swindon, appeared before Bristol Magistrates' Court on Saturday where he opposed the football banning order, which would prevent him from travelling, Avon and Somerset Police said.
His case was adjourned until June 28 when he will appear at Swindon Magistrates' Court. In the meantime Frayling was ordered to hand over his passport.
