'Big Brother' Nominations Revealed, But There's A Twist Ahead Of Final Eviction

It turns outis safe... apart from Sam, that is.

The final nominations for the current series of ‘Big Brother’ have taken place, with four housemates potentially missing out on a spot in this year’s final.

In Tuesday’s (19 July) episode of the show, the group were each called to the Diary Room to vote for the last time, with Jason Burrill proving to be the least popular housemate among his fellow contestants.

Jason received five votes from a possible eight, thanks in no small part to his actions during last week’s ‘Annihilation’ eviction twists, with Laura Carter just behind him on four.

Rounding things off are Jackson Blyton and Jayne Connery, who received three and two nominations respectively.

However, things aren’t as simple as they seem, and in tonight’s (20 July) show, there’s a twist in store, centred around Sam Giffen.

After winning a task, Sam is given the responsibility of choosing one housemate from either Jackson, Jason, Jayne or Laura to save from eviction, therefore guaranteeing them a place in this year’s final.

This comes at a price, though, as he’ll also have to pick either Andy West, Alex Cannon, Evelyn Ellis or Hughie Maughan to face the boot instead.

Find out who he chooses when ‘BB’ airs at 10pm on Channel 5.

The house is still reeling from last week’s ‘Annihilation’ twists, which saw a handful of contestants being booted out of the back door one after the other in one of the cruelest twists in ‘BB’ history.
