‘Strictly Come Dancing’ pair Laura Whitmore and Giovanni Pernice enjoyed some time together away from the rehearsal studio on Wednesday (28 September), as they were photographed on a night out.
During their downtime, the two attended ‘The Last Tango’, a show starring former ‘Strictly’ pros Flavia Cacace and Vincent Simone.
Laura was seen in an all-black ensemble, sporting some skinny jeans, a sheer blouse with a sequinned panel and a pair of high heel shoes, while Giovanni looked great in a simple suit.
The two have only performed together once, but won praise when they made their debut on Friday (23 September), earning a respectable 25 points from the judges, of a possible 40.
However, they were ultimately beaten by Daisy Lowe, whose high score even prompted bosses to speak out against fix accusations.
Laura and Giovanni’s partnership raised eyebrows earlier in the series, when reports suggested that his ex-girlfriend and former ‘Strictly’ partner, Georgia May Foote, was unhappy that her friend would be working so closely with him, though this was later denied.
Meanwhile, departing ‘Strictly’ pro Gleb Savchenko recently hinted that there could be romance in Laura’s future, telling Star magazine: “I bet you £100 Giovanni will get with Laura this year. And next season I’ll bet you another £100 he will get with his new partner!”
This weekend, Laura and Giovanni will be tackling a Waltz, set to Alicia Keys’ ‘If I Ain’t Got You’.
