Adrian Brown

Adrian Smith is Executive Director of the Centre for Public Impact, a not-for-profit foundation of BCG. He has over 15 years' experience working on government performance and transformation in the UK and internationally. Adrian has held a range of positions in the UK government including at the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit, the Strategy Unit and as a policy adviser in the Prime Minister's Office. Adrian is an associate at the Institute for Government where he led research on public service reform and a Fellow of the RSA Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce)
