Independent nutritionist and spokesperson for Eurodiet.co.uk

Alison Clark MD, who is herself ex-NHS and continues to work for it on a consultancy basis, gained a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Surrey. Her expertise led her later to offer her expertise to M&S, Del Monte and Danone. She has also worked alongside organisations e.g. The Prince’s Trust, Diabetes UK, Coeliac UK, and she is an accredited trainer for the Royal Society for Public Health. She is now working as an independent spokesperson for Eurodiet.co.uk, a high protein diet plan.
