Andrew Large is the Chief Executive of the British Poultry Council, whose members produce over 90% of the UK’s output of poultry meat

Andrew joined the British Poultry Council in May 2013, having spent six years as Chief Executive of the UK’s Cleaning and Support Services Association (CSSA). He transformed the CSSA from a single sector association into a hub for the global cleaning industry, setting the record straight on the issues surrounding the contracting out of hospital cleaning services and supporting the payment of the London Living Wage. Andrew has a background in the civil service, having previously held roles as the Director of External Affairs at the Federation of Master Builders (2002 to 2006) and Chairman of the Trade Association Forum (2008 to 2011). Andrew has an MBA from Warwick University (2000 to 2004).
