As a food journalist I’m not only interested in eating great food, but also exploring its history and meeting the talented people who grow, produce and cook it.

Previously I’ve worked for Channel 4, as well as writing for BBC Food, Delicious and Waitrose Kitchen magazines. I also wrote Food Britannia, a book that looks at the wonderful world of British food today.
