Anna Margolis

Former lawyer turned conscious business owner, entrepreneur and freer of minds, hearts & souls.

Creator of Start Out Steps and Director of iPEC London.

Before starting her first business Anna spent 6 years working in the corporate world as an international lawyer, including 2 years on the West Coast of the US.

During that period, Anna woke up to the fact that the corporate world wasn’t where she wanted to be. The journey of self-discovery that followed led her to retreat-hop extensively before choosing to train as a professional coach with the Institute of Professional Coaching (iPEC).

Considering the iPEC education to be “everything [she] wished [she’d] learnt at school” Anna took the leap to bring iPEC to London (www.ipeclondon.com) and, in the absence of an MBA, a mentor or any discernible business experience, was the first person to successfully offer and deliver iPEC’s professional and personal development training outside North America, to people from all over the world, teaching them how to help others tap into their own potential.

In her experience running the professional coach training programme, Anna observed that many of her students were experiencing common struggles in building their businesses. Having lived through the experience not all that long before them, she knew there had to be more that she could do to help them.

That’s when Start Out Steps was born.

Start Out Steps (S.O.S) is a simple and supportive virtual learning space, to access bite-sized, business-building wisdom, at a price that everyone can afford.

Consciously designed to serve "Heart- and Soul-Centred Entrepreneurs"; defined as people who are brave enough to start or grow a business, doing what they’re passionate about, but who get stuck on the “business stuff”; the S.O.S Conscious Business Community supports business owners for whom business is a personal and spiritual journey, who have an internal drive to live their purpose and make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Anna is also a regular featured writer and blogger for the Huffington Post, Changing Careers Magazine, Pathfinder and We Are The City.
