Founded in 2011 by former model Anna Shillinglaw, MiLK is a full service agency managing Women, Men, New Faces, Curve, Digital Influencers and Artists. MiLK represents models Kelly Knox, Nicky Griffin, Lucy Knell, Sarah Fraser, Aida Blue, Robyn Lawley, Oliver H, Ellis, Bakay, Molly Constable, Sonny Turner and Diana Veras to name a few. MiLK’s agents come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from modelling, booking and digital brand management, and this diversity in knowledge helps to provide a visionary platform for their talent in the evolving times of the industry. In 2013, MiLK launched their Artists board which offers a 360-management service and houses a dynamic roster of talent from musicians such as Jessie J, Ricky Wilson and Lady Leshurr to presenters Vogue Williams and Ashley James and sports stars Alex Gregory MBE and Max Chilton. 2016 saw the launch of their prosperous Digital Influencer division which looks after talent from Bloggers, YouTubers and Instagrammers in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle arenas. The board quickly grew in size and now manages the careers of some of the most prolific influencers in their field, from Tess Holliday, Fro Girl Ginny and Polkadot Passport. The MiLK ethos is that no two models are alike and thus tailor their approach to suit each individual to foster growth across all boards. Having discovered some significant players in the modelling and talent arena, MiLK has grown in notoriety in its 6 years since inception. Forming the pillar of success for the agency is MiLK’s team of Agents. They thrive on nurturing, career management and forging relationships with models and clients, and their flair and appetite for finding new talent is now internationally recognized – not just in the modelling industry, but in the artist and digital space.
