He has held several positions at the high street wine merchant and took the top role as part of the purchase of the company last year by European Food Brokers.
He has overseen the reinvention of Oddbins as a pioneering high street wine merchant with 35 stores across the UK, including 10 in Scotland.
Last year, in a groundbreaking experiment, Ayo asked customers to decide the price of some of Oddbins wines.
