Although food intolerance ultimately causes us problems, we can at times make things worse for ourselves by craving and eating the foods that don't really agree with us. When the body is in danger, it releases endorphins which we in turn as individuals want more and more of.

What if I said that there was a way to take better control of the foods you eat, to really understand what you can and can't eat as an individual eat? What if I said that you could have better insight about the foods or ingredients that affect you if at all?

A number of years ago I became very unwell and spent some months in and out of hospital. To my shock I was told that I had a rare autoimmune that had no cure and a disease that not many in medical field knew much about.

It's gotten to the point now that I feel uncomfortable explaining for the 100th time exactly what kinds of foods they can't eat and that the epipen that we have to carry for my son is about life or death, and is not a deterrent or cure.

So much has been said recently about how food intolerance testing is causing massive hikes in people believing that they have a food allergy and thus eliminating foods out of their diet that they don't need to.

Once you know what your child's allergies or intolerance are then this is when you get creative with meals that they can eat. You will need to understand and know food inside out especially what's in them.
