Councillor Chris Taylor is Cabinet Member for Adults' Services at the London Borough of Bexley

Chris was first elected as a Conservative Councillor in 2002 for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. In 2010 after moving to Bexley he stood for election that year for the London Borough of Bexley. Since his election he has served as Chairman of the Adults Services Committee and now as Cabinet Member. His portfolio includes adult social care, housing, public health and post 18 education for young people with complex need. He has been a champion of integration with the NHS and currently leads on a number of significant service redesigns for older people and learning disability client groups.
