Researcher at Reform
Clare Fraser is a Researcher at Reform, having joined in May 2013. She is engaged primarily in researching public service reform, focused on improving effectiveness, accountability and value for money in the public sector. Since joining Reform, Clare has co-authored reports on NHS reform, the UK exports agenda and tax reform.
Prior to joining Reform she completed a Geography degree at Sheffield University and a Masters in Polar Studies at Cambridge University.
