David Advises senior management of media, communications, and health organisations on challenging strategic, commercial, regulatory, and policy issues all over the world. Public to private, small to large, listed to family organisations.

Advised in 25 countries structuring ventures, preparing business plans, advising in negotiations and shaping regulatory debates in more than 250 projects. Currently advising on challenges facing incumbents transition to the digital world - including advice on strategic options, partnership structuring and new revenue sources - and on the design and implementation of regulatory reform. He advises regularly on leadership challenges at the corporate and personal level, e.g. in advisory roles, away days, vision seminars and personal coaching.

Led the growth of the Global and UK Economics and Policy practices over the last three years, and the development of new PwC Propositions in the Growth and Digital area.

David has published and spoken widely, in the media, conferences and seminars. His views have been covered in the Financial Times, the national newspapers, the Oxford Review of Economic Policy, amongst others; and he has spoken on CNBC and CNN.
