Dr David Rooney is Keeper of Technologies and Engineering at the Science Museum, London, and Lead Curator of Mathematics: The Winton Gallery. He has previously worked at the Royal Observatory, Greenwich.
Dr Rooney has curated a series of critically acclaimed galleries and exhibitions, including the Science Museum's award winning Codebreaker: Alan Turing’s Life and Legacy.
He writes and speaks widely on the history of measurement and infrastructure.
