Dean Withey is CEO and Founder of ubisend, a creative technology company that powers on-demand communication anytime, anywhere, in real-time.

Its solutions enable brands to have effective, two-way conversations with their audiences via the messaging channels they regularly use, including Facebook Messenger, Slack, WeChat and many more. Brands can then gather data-driven insights that continually improve the customer experience.

Dean Withey and the other ubisend founders Joe Dixon, Alex Debecker and Daphne Metland have been delivering mobile messaging solutions and content for over 10 years. Their messages have reached over 7.1 million people, across 11 countries and in 26 languages.

They started ubisend in 2016 in a bid to bridge the conversation gap between consumers and brands in today’s on-demand society. The company already works with global brands such as Unilever and Johnson and Johnson to deliver solutions ranging from simple, content-based messaging to entirely AI driven conversational personas. With a patent applied for, ubisend’s unique intellectual property allows it to deliver bespoke, creative and reliable conversational experiences, fast.
