Labour MP for Stockton South, Member of the Health and Social Care Select Committee

Paul was elected as the MP for Stockton South in June 2017. In Parliament, he sits as a member of the Health and Social Care Select Committee and is Vice Chair of the APPG on HIV & Aids. Prior to his election, Paul worked as a GP and public health doctor - as a partner in a general practice in Stockton-on-Tees. He was also the CEO of Hartlepool and Stockton Health, a Federation of 37 separate general practices working together to provide community-based health care.
