Eleanor Maidment is the Food Editor of Waitrose Kitchen magazine where she writes recipes, food and travel features and works closely with chefs, food writers, stylists and photographers. Prior to this she was Deputy Editor of Square Meal restaurant guide, magazine and website where she became a walking encyclopedia of London restaurants and chefs. Between the two positions she completed the year-long Leiths Diploma in Food and Wine.
