Emi was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012. To raise both funds and awareness for the disease, Emi is writing a full account of her journey, tracking her physical and emotional changes through a book of diary and facebook entries alongside professional and private photos. The book aims to raise money for breast cancer charities, including Breast Cancer Care.
