Emily McCoy

I oversee and develop the National Literacy Trust’s hubs programme, which targets a range of interventions in the communities that need them the most. This involves supporting local needs analysis, planning and evaluation (strategic and delivery) and managing local Hub Managers. I work with national partners to identify the most effective interventions and resources to meet local literacy needs. I also organise the National Literacy Forum, a bi-annual meeting on literacy policy attended by a wide range of our national partners.
