Author of the best selling fertility book 'The Baby Making Bible', Emma Cannon is fertility, pregnancy and gynaecology expert, registered Acupuncturist, women's health advisor and author. She is also the founder of The Fertility Rooms in London.

Emma says "For the past 17 years I have worked closely with western medicine and believe a combination of approaches helps patients the most. Throughout our lives as women we will experience times of great change; physical, hormonal and emotional. How we adapt may shape us for years to come. My role is to help women through this process and to address the root of their issues. After all, we can't change what life presents us with, but we can change how we respond and adapt. Health is precious and needs preserving".

She holds a Bachelor of Science from Westminster University, where she received a first class honours in clinical work, and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council. She has completed post graduate training with The Royal College Of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in; The management and treatment of infertility. Emma specialises in gynaecology with an emphasis on the treatment of infertility, but she also treats pregnancy, pre-birth, post-partum and the menopause. Her special interests are; the immune system and how that impacts on our fertility, how the mind effects the body and helping people through difficult life challenges and ultimately giving them a fuller, healthier more balanced life.

Emma has written and contributed to articles for a cross-section of publications, including Vogue Magazine, Red Magazine, Guardian, Telegraph, Grazia Magazine, Stella Magazine, Mail on Sunday, and many more. She currently has regular columns in Natural Health Magazine, Fertility Road and also Baby & Me Magazine. Emma is asked regularly to talk as an expert on radio and has recently been interviewed on the Robert Elms Show, Eddie Nestor and Vanessa Feltz on BBC London. She was also listed by Tatler magazine as one of Britain's Top 250 Doctors. She is author of The Baby-Making Bible published Jan 2010 by Rodale and also You and Your Bump. Both these books have integrated health and the development of personal involvement and responsibility in matters of health as core themes.
