Alongside a full-time role as a writer and editor at BBC Music Magazine, Freya has also written for Into the Fold, Culture Calling, Broadsheet Sydney and Huff Post on the subjects of theatre, food, books and popular culture, as well as writing more in-depth social commentary pieces. When not found with her head in a laptop, sipping on cappuccinos in Bristol’s finest cafés, Freya spends her time exploring the lesser-trodden towns and villages across the UK on a mission to find the country’s best rosé, all accompanied by an endless stream of true crime podcasts, Jane Austen audiobooks and beefy orchestral music.
