I'm Helen, founder of http://www.guiltymothersclub.co.uk - supporting mothers to play big at work and home and ditch the guilt.

I believe in doing what you love and loving what you do. Our Game Changers programme aims to help Mothers achieve this. I believe in feminism, in equality, in trying to make a difference. I am partial to over using exclamation marks and getting disproportionately giddy about good cake and coffee.

I live in Manchester and am a Mum to three little ones under 5 (we clearly didn't think through our age gaps) who keep me incredibly busy and ridiculously happy.
